Also, this "minoritarian"-white mindset does align with your previous essays about "enclavism/multicultualism" where whites are just another minority and therefore allowed its own interests, benefits, and freedom of association. Scott Greer is different because he advocates the traditional white-majority view. He's a MAGA guy who'd like to keep America white. I actually agree with Scott Greer's views, but I do see how the "aggrieved white-minority" perspective can also be viable. I'm not sure which approach will end up the dominant one, white-majority (MAGA) or white-minority interests.

His position is completely delusional. Prospects for white majoritarianism died in the 80s with the Reagan amnesty. Greer and the VDARE types refuse to accept this reality.

AI and automaton will eliminate human labor in a variety of existing occupations and whole industries. Whether these retro-Reaganites like Greer like it or not UBI is all but inevitable barring a total collapse of the existing economic and political system. As millions of jobs are eliminated the sweeping technological changes will not create new jobs to replace those being eliminated. This will affect a cross-section of society across all classes not merely the working classes and poor people like Greer routinely shit on and look down upon. Many professional credentialed occupations are slated for automation.

I agree. Greer is acting like it's still the 1980s, not the 2020s. A big part of his whole schtick is refusing to let go of an America that is completely alien to everything he cares about and deserves no loyalty whatsoever. His WASPy values in the 2020s are quaint but outdated.

It's good not to be on welfare, but if you're not particularly smart or well-connected it may be the best option for you and you should have no shame or guilt about that. You no longer live in a coherent society. As Margaret Thatcher said there's no such thing as society, just individuals and families and if you determine that welfare is the best option for you and your family then go right ahead I say.

The great weakness of the US right is the lack of respect or solidarity across classes. Whites either resolve this or give up any chance of developing any agency on a mass scale. Contempt for poorer whites is both inherently disgraceful and counterproductive. As the slow-motion pauperisation of sub-elite white continues issues like this will become impossible to ignore. Welfare is a poor substitute for opportunity, but opportunities are becoming scarcer as they are now allocated by a racial spoils system that deprioritises whites.
