-Israel and the US strike Iran again but things de-escalate, like last time, as Iran and Trump refuse to commit to a full blown war

-The situation in Gaza remains the status quo with limited Israeli strikes on Hamas, and Israel allows for limited humanitarian aid

-There is greater civil unrest in the West Bank

-Kurds and Druze attempt a breakaway from Syria with the help of Israel

-The war in Ukraine continues as a stalemate

-Russia carries out drone attacks on NATO member states but it does not escalate to a full blown war between Russia and NATO

-Russia’s economy collapses due to tougher sanctions and global oil prices crashing

-Russia sees xenophobic riots in response to Indian immigration that the Putin regime cracks down on

-Europe’s deteriorating economic situation causes a further rise in nationalism

-There are couple small scale Islamic terror attacks in Europe

-Ethnic sectarian conflicts break out in Pakistan

-Trump invades Venezuela and is successful in the short term.

-There is a greater sectarian conflict in Nigeria between Muslims and Christians

-More Gen Z riots in poorer countries like the one in Nepal breakout

-The Thai/Cambodian conflict is a nothing burger

US Politics

-There are an increasing number of incidents of political violence

-There is a continued resurgence in class based leftism

-In response to low approval ratings and the Epstein scandal, Trump goes hard on mass deportations

-More Republicans start to turn on Trump

-There is a new populist movement that differentiates itself from MAGA

-The GOP civil war continues and more prominent younger conservatives adopt “groyper” types views and old guard GOP types threaten to quit the party if Trump does not denounce them

-There is a blue wave in the mid terms with Democrats winning the House by significant margins and the Senate by narrow margins

-Impeachment hearings begin against Trump in early 2027

-There is a new establishmentarian centrism countering both the groypers and Mamdanis that is astroturfed by billionaires

Economy

-Kevin Hassett is appointed Fed Chair and cuts interest rates to 0%, reigniting inflation in the second half of the year

-A stagflationary recession hits and the AI bubble bursts with a major stock market crash in the fall

-AI data centers cause an energy crisis

-Corporations accelerate automation for their workforce, causing unemployment to rise to 8%

Culture

-Hollywood box offices will continue to flop

-People and independent venues making AI movies will take off

-A lot of normie influencers will adopt Groyper and incel culture ironically

-There is a new movement for more IRL socialization to counter atomization, including a rejection of online dating
