That's kind of a contrarian, unconventional view, but there is another blogger, Peter Frost, who's also suggested it -- a paradoxical boost in white birth rates with Democrats in power.
He was writing this in the pre-Trump years. In the pre-Trump years, the old-school GOP's (1) restrictions on abortion and (2) pro-capitalism welcoming of immigration was unfavorable for the white population, and Obama's presidency was actually associated with an increase in white fertility as well, similar to Biden's. Peter Frost's article is worth reading. However, it was written before Trump, and as Trump has reoriented the GOP toward populism and immigration restrictions while the Democrats have radicalized in favor of open borders, that contrarian view has lost some of its luster, and Republicans remain the more favorable option. But if Republicans continue to try to restrict abortions (which they seem to want to do), that 2nd part of the equation will remain problematic, because abortions mostly happen among non-whites.
Such policies really don’t build or sustain an actual nation. We don’t need any more foreign millionaires and plutocrats than we already have here (already have too damned many). We need a government and society that helps and furthers the interests of average white Americans.
Yes, and that’s very sad. I think that if the Left focused more on class and less on race, then maybe it would be more willing to help these whites. The Left really is shooting itself in the foot here because such whites very likely overwhelmingly vote for Trump and other MAGA Republicans.

Well, we did our own part in boosting the US's white population by moving over here back in March 2001!

Average white Americans could benefit from having a larger cognitive elite, no?
Segments of our own people (whites) ate rotting from neglect.
